QLD: Red light decision has "interesting implications": BCC

BRISBANE, Feb 3 AAP - A police decision not to prosecute One Nation MP Jack Paff over an
incident last month had "interesting implications" for the safety of all road users, the
Brisbane City Council (BCC) said today.

Police said there was insufficient evidence of any offence having been committed on January
18 when Mr Paff left the parliament house grounds through a gate marked "No Exit" in order to
avoid the media, and appeared to run a red light.

He said later the normal exit had been blocked by a media van.
