Vic: Teenager's head shaved during attempted burglary
Two men have been arrested after allegedly tying up a teenager and shaving his headduring an attempted burglary in Melbourne's inner east overnight.
Police say the men, both in their 20s, broke into the house in Hoddle Street, Richmondabout 11.45pm (AEST).
A spokesman says two men threatened two male teenagers and tied a third's hands beforeshaving his head.
The spokesman says one of the teenagers escaped and called the police.
Two men have been arrested and charges are yet to be laid.
